Terms & Warranty

Your Cozoy® Product is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for one year from the date of original purchase.

If the product fails to operate within this period due to manufacturing flaws, please seek advice from our distributor and the product will be repair or replaced. Upon any non-manufacturing destruction users may be responsible to pay for repairing charges.

This warranty is subject to presentation of original invoice or receipt from authorized retailers and does not apply to normal wear and tear or to any device tampered with or misused. The warranty will not cover connection cables, if it fails within 3 days of purchase or arrival please contact distributor for return/ repair info.

This device must be used only in accordance with the user guide. Cozoy® will not be responsible for any hearing impairment and sonic defects on other products developed by misusing this product.
